WSB-NLU cooperates with numerous universities all over the world. The cooperation mainly includes exchange of students and lecturers, organization of mutual scientific projects, participation in seminars and academic meetings, exchange of scientific publications and academic projects.
National-Louis University, Chicago IL., USA
The partner and co-founder of the School is the American National-Louis University in Chicago. This is a private university founded in 1886, accredited by North Central Association. In Evanston and other NLU academic centres (Chicago, Atlanta, Beloit, St. Louis, Tampa, McLean, Milwaukee, Heidelberg-RFN), there are more than 17,000 students. NLU offers 60 academic programs giving a possibility to receive the Bachelor, Master's and Doctor's degree. On 18 April, 2000, the American accrediting association NCA - North Central Association, accorded WSB-NLU, a partner of the NLU university, accreditation for 3 NLU programmes, two bachelor programs in Business Management and Computer Science and MBA, offered at WSB-NLU. This decisions means that graduates of full-time Bachelor studies at WSB-NLU will receive two titles and diplomas: the Polish Bachelor and the American Bachelor.
WSB-NLU is the only Polish higher school where graduates receive an American diploma.
DePaul University, USA
The aim of the agreement between WSB-NLU and DePaul University is cooperation in student and lecturer exchange, organization of mutual scientific projects, publications, participation in seminars and academic meetings, exchange of scientific publications and academic projects.
Based on the agreement made between WSB-NLU and DePaul University, during 10 years, one graduate of the Bachelor program in Computer Science, chosen by the Commission appointed for this purpose, will go to DePaul University to continue studies for a Master's degree in Computer Science. This scholarship has been set up by Dr John Minogue, Chairman of DePaul University and called the "Pawlowski-Minogue Scholarship". The tuition cost for the duration of the studies will be covered in full by DePaul University.
Also students at Management and Marketing (Bachelor graduates and 4th-year students of Uniform Master's Degree Studies, chosen by the WSB-NLU Rector go to DePaul University to continue their studies at the College of Commerce. The tuition costs for one quarter (10 weeks) of studies are covered by DePaul University.
