Call for papers
Special issue on
“New wave of entrepreneurship and its impact on development of Polish and global economies”
September 2011
Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National-Louis University and "Miasteczko Multimedialne" are in charge of organizing one panel of the 21st Economic Forum that is taking place in Krynica on 7-9 September 2011. The Economic Forum is one of the major events of that kind in the region, gathering many politicians, EU officials and important business people. The panel we are organizing is called “New wave of entrepreneurship and its impact on development of Polish and global economies”. There are going to be three main panelists from abroad and three counterparts from Poland. The logic behind the panel is to provide the link between science and the industry (ICT projects), that is why we plan to have one academic (from Europe), one person from the consultancy area (Israel) and one businessperson representing the new wave of entrepreneurship (the Ukraine).
The papers presented by the panelists will be published in the next issue of Management-Business-Innovation journal. We also look forward to receiving other paper related to the main topic of the conference, or more specifically the problems listed below, to be published in the special issue:

- Business Models of Young Entrepreneurship
- Sources of Financing New Business Ventures
- Valuation Models of Start-up and Idea Companies
- Creativity for Entrepreneurs
Submission
Manuscripts should be submitted to mbi@wsb-nlu.edu.pl. Those papers that do not fit the focus of the special issue will be refereed as a regular MBI submission (issue of March 2012). Submission deadline: August 30, 2011
