For students coming from other universities, the document confirming the weighted average grade is a certificate from the dean's office of the university where the student studied previously. The average should be calculated from the last year of undergraduate studies, in accordance with the regulations of financial support of the completed university.
The certificate should also include the date of completion of first-cycle studies. A student whose interruption in education lasted longer than a year may not apply for the Rector's scholarship.
