Receiving a decision to transfer to a higher semester than the first is not a decision to accept, but an opportunity for the student to start studying from a higher semester. In the case of registration with the transfer of grades in the "Required documents" tab on the registration portal, all required documents must be added, after which you can get a positive decision on admission to the university.
