All students and other users who have a properly linked account with our institution have access to the same options. The differences may be due to the lack of logging in to the IBUK Libra website and the lack of linking the account with our university using a PIN code.
The user must first log in to Libra's IBUK website in order to use the myIBUK shelf.
To check whether the user account is connected to WSB-NLU, open myIBUK and click on "settings" (the gear symbol in the upper right corner). Then select "my libraries". A list of libraries with which the user's account is linked will then be displayed. So in this case, the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University in Nowy Sącz should be visible here. If not, then your account is not linked to our institution.
All options from the help center tutorial are available except offline printing and reading (plus account).
