Dear Students,
Starting from October 1, 2025, every student with a PESEL number (both newly admitted and continuing students) can receive mLegitymacja - student ID in the form of a mobile document managed using the service provided in the mObywatel app. It is the basic form of a student ID and constitutes a separate, standalone document, available free of charge. Students will be able to use only mLegitymacja, without the need for an ELS (traditional student ID).
At the beginning of the academic year, all students will receive a message with instructions on how to download mLegitymacja.
A traditional student ID card (ELS) will only be issued upon request of student (including students without a PESEL number) submitted to CloudA/Communication/Applications / Reports, category: Student ID, subcategory: ELS - traditional student ID card. The validity of the ELS will be confirmed as before – by updating the data on the integrated circuit and placing a hologram in the designated fields.
IMPORTANT: Student ID cards are not available to postgraduate students or those purchasing courses.
