In accordance with the Payment Rules, paragraph I, paragraph 4, the payment date is the date the funds are credited to the WSB-NLU account. After this date, statutory interest shall accrue for each day of delay. Deposits, for example, on the 10th day of a given month in the afternoon, are credited to the account on the next business day, i.e. the earliest 11th of the month. The due date, which is the 10th of the month, is not the due date, but the day the funds are due in the WSB-NLU account.
