In connection with the amendment of the provisions on the protection of personal data and the application from 25 May 2018 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free the flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "the GDPR"), pursuant to Article 13 of this Regulation, we would like to inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed in particular for the purposes of:

providing the service of running and servicing the User's account in the CloudA system - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the RODO), and in the field of data provided optional - the legal basis for processing is consent (art. 6 (1) (a) of the RODO/ GDPR),
conducting the recruitment process within the CloudA system for a chosen field of study - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the RODO/ GDPR) and the legal obligation (Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. c) RODO/ GDPR) in the form of the need to implement the requirements resulting from special laws, in particular the Act of 27 July 2005 Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 164 item 1365, as amended), and in the scope of optional data - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the RODO/ GDPR),
implementation of educational services and data archiving after the completion of the service - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) OF THE RODO/ GDPR) and the legal obligation (Article 6 paragraph 1 c) RODO/ GDPR) in the form of the need to implement the requirements resulting from special laws, in particular the Act of 27 July 2005 Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 164 item 1365 with later amendments),
examination of the graduate's fate - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the RODO/ GDPR),
providing electronic services in the scope of presenting WSB-NLU offer and enabling Users to use the Website's functionality, including to the extent necessary to establish, shape, change, solve and correctly provide services provided electronically - the legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract ( Article 6 (1) (b) of the RODO/ GDPR),
consideration of complaints / remarks, investigations and defense of rights in the event of mutual claims - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of WSB-NLU as the Data Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the RODO/ GDPR),
marketing and sending commercial information by electronic means - only in the event of consent by the User - the legal basis for data processing is consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 point a) of the RODO/ GDPR),
participation in the Newsletter service - only in the event of consent by the User - the legal basis for data processing is consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) RODO/ GDPR), further processing of data as part of the Newsletter service is based on the necessity of processing to perform the contract ( Article 6 (1) (b) of the RODO/ GDPR) and the legitimate interest of WSB-NLU as an Administrator (Article 6 (1) letter f) of the RODO/ GDPR), in connection with the expressed consent to receive the Newsletter,
contact with Users and reply to previously sent messages and queries, both directly in the form of e-mail, and by using an active chat and / or electronic contact forms - the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract for the provision of services (art 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR/ RODO),
maintaining the content posted by Users (eg entries, comments) - the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the RODO/ GDPR).

Transfer of personal data and consent in these cases, where consent is the basis for the processing of these data is voluntary, but necessary for the possibility of using the various functionalities of the Website.

Your personal data will be processed and stored for the period necessary for the performance of the contract, and after this period for purposes and for the time and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims or pending withdrawal of consent. After the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted or irretrievably anonymized.

In connection with the implementation of services available on the Website, the Administrator will transfer the collected personal data to external entities, including in particular suppliers responsible for IT systems, entities such as banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting, legal, audit, consulting, marketing agencies ( in the field of marketing services) and entities associated with the Administrator - under relevant agreements entrusting the processing of personal data.

In the event of consent, the data may also be made available to other entities for their own purposes, including for marketing purposes. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose information about the User to the competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the applicable law.

The level of protection of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) differs from that provided by European law. For this reason, your personal data will be transmitted outside the EEA only when it is necessary and with an adequate level of protection, primarily through:

cooperation with entities processing personal data in countries for which an appropriate decision of the European Commission has been issued,
use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission,
applying binding corporate rules, approved by the competent supervisory authority,
in the event of data transfer to the USA - cooperation with entities participating in the Privacy Shield program (Privacy Shield), approved by the European Commission.

The administrator always informs about the intention to transfer personal data outside the EEA at the collection stage.

Based on your personal data, we will take automated decisions for you, including decisions resulting from profiling, in particular for the purpose of marketing activities. This means that thanks to the automatic processing of data, the Administrator evaluates preferences in order to best match the content and offers targeted at the future.

You have the right to demand from us access to your data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

In case of any doubts related to the processing of personal data, each person may ask WSB-NLU for information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
