WSB-NLU at the University Festival – Małopolska Przyszłości in EXPO Kraków

On December 4-5, 2024, the University Festival – "Małopolska of the Future" took place at EXPO Kraków, bringing together higher education institutions, youth, and experts from across the region. The event provided an excellent opportunity to showcase modern technologies and innovative educational solutions.

The Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University (WSB-NLU) captivated visitors with its interactive booth, where attendees could:

• test VR goggles and experience a virtual walk across a footbridge on the 40th floor of a skyscraper,
• observe a 3D printer in action,
• play tic-tac-toe using AR goggles, where a robotic arm responded to players' moves and the computer dynamically made its own decisions,
• meet a robotic dog, which fascinated both children and adults alike.

Workshops led by IT and cybersecurity expert Mgr. Inż. Wojciech Bobak also took place, titled “Hack Yourself First – Identifying Weak Spots in the Digital World.” During the training, young participants had the chance to learn how to predict and neutralize potential threats in the digital environment and think like ethical hackers to better protect their data and devices.

Additionally, WSB-NLU delivered a presentation on the event's main stage, highlighting the university's modern approach to education and its commitment to developing future-ready competencies.
