Speed of changes and challenges of our time - Law and Economics in the Context of Global Changes. Conference in Nałęczów 2024

The conference "Man on the defensive? Law, economics and the pace of change in the reality around us" was held on 14-15 of September 2024 in the Palace in Nałęczów. 

The event brought together renowned experts in the field of law and economics to discuss the problems arising from the rapid pace of social and economic change.

Among the speakers were Władysław Pasoń, master of law, who presented the topic of "The Fiction of Economic Freedom in a Social Market Economy. From the Principle of Non-Intervention of the " Ustawy Wilczka" to the Dictatorship of Corporations and State Interventionism", and Dr. Michał Mółka, who presented an analysis of the topic of "Family Foundation - a Means of Developing a Social Market Economy". "Family Foundation - an Investment Tool or an Accelerator of Problems?". Professor of the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University Dr. Tadeusz Mędzelowski also drew attention to the topic of "Peace as a Fundamental Idea of the Activities of Churches and Religious Associations".

The conference ended with a summing up and a festive dinner.
