The power of computer science 11 – three days full of technology are behind us!

The 11th edition of The power of computer science - one of the largest and most spectacular technology events held at WSB-NLU in Nowy Sącz - is now behind us. From December 3 to 5, the university campus became a meeting place for education, modern technologies, and a multimedia show.

Over three intensive days, participants had the opportunity to experience computer science from a completely new perspective. The event programme combined expert lectures, up-to-date topics related to technological development, and dynamic multimedia and artistic performances, creating a unique atmosphere and engaging the audience from the very first moments.

The stage featured topics including:

• artificial intelligence and its practical applications,
• programming and modern IT tools,
• cybersecurity,
• innovative technological solutions and their impact on the future.

An integral part of the event were also impressive performances, visualisations, lighting, sound, and interactive elements, which for years have distinguished The Power of Computer Science with its unique formula combining knowledge and emotions.

Throughout all three days, the event attracted over 2,000 participants, including secondary school students, university students, teachers, and technology enthusiasts. The high attendance once again confirmed that computer science inspires, engages, and genuinely interests the younger generation.

The Power of computer science is not just an event - it is a space for discovering passions, discussing the future, and making informed educational and career choices. For WSB-NLU, it is also an important part of the university’s mission to combine modern education with practical experience and current market trends.
