This Saturday: Join us for the 21st International Cooking Day at WSB-NLU! 🌍🎶❤️

We warmly invite you to the 21st edition of International Cooking Day at WSB-NLU - the longest-running event at our University, which for over 20 years has brought together the local and international community around a shared table. It has a charitable purpose, and this year we are supporting the treatment and rehabilitation of Benedykt Duda, a beneficiary of the “Serce dla Maluszka” Foundation.

We will meet on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 12:30 PM at the main WSB-NLU campus, Grunwaldzka 17, Nowy Sącz. Feel free to join us with your families, friends, and acquaintances.

What to expect?

A true culinary journey awaits - 12 tables with dishes from around 10 countries (including Congo, Germany, Kazakhstan, Japan, and more). The food will be prepared by students from Poland and abroad, including Erasmus+ participants - which is why International Cooking Day has such an authentic international atmosphere and naturally connects people from different parts of the world.

Attractions and vibe

World rhythms and music will set the mood, and additional highlights include VR headsets (virtual experiences and games) and a robot dog.

❤️ We are helping Benedykt

You can support the fundraiser by taking part in tastings in exchange for symbolic donations - the entire income from the event will be donated to Benedykt’s treatment and rehabilitation. Benio is facing serious health challenges and requires constant medical care, regular check-ups, medication, and ongoing rehabilitation, including speech therapy.
