Feel free to read the interview with dr Michał Mółka, Vice-Dean for the Law programme at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Informatics of the WSB-NLU.

Dr Michał Mółka holds a PhD in legal sciences. He is a graduate of law studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice, as well as postgraduate MBA studies at the WSB-NLU and the Social Economy Manager programme. He holds teaching qualifications, is a permanent court mediator at the Regional Court in Nowy Sącz, and an external member of the Local Government Appeals Board in Nowy Sącz.

The interview addresses issues related to succession in family businesses, including the legal and organisational challenges involved in transferring enterprises to subsequent generations. As the author of academic publications in the fields of administrative law, mediation, law of non-governmental organisations, and family foundations, Dr Mółka shares an expert perspective grounded in both academic knowledge and practical experience.
