Speaker

Dr. Marcin Murzyn – Doctor of Philosophy, historian, and ethicist; researcher and educator. His work focuses on business ethics, corporate social responsibility (CSR), social psychology, and topics related to management.

What will the webinar cover?

Many organizations claim to implement talent management policies, HR tools, and development programs, yet results in practice often remain modest. The webinar presenter will show that the problem often does not stem from a lack of methods, but from entrenched cultural and ethical barriers - related to ways of thinking about power, control, and the role of employees within the organization.

The session will discuss common mechanisms that prevent optimal HR solutions from succeeding. It will highlight how engaged and high-performing employees may not be adequately recognized, and in some cases are even marginalized, leaving their potential underutilized. Participants will also learn about the so-called „Folwarczna” organizational culture and its impact on motivation, organizational justice, and talent retention. A key part of the webinar will focus on practical directions for change that go beyond textbook HR theory.
