

On 19–20 November 2025, the 8th edition of the Global Conference on Creating Value took place on the campus of Imperial College London—an international event that has, for years, shaped the direction of development in value management, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration. The conference brought together distinguished scholars, business leaders, technology specialists, entrepreneurs, and representatives of public administration, creating a forum for critical reflection on the future of global economic ecosystems.
“Value Creation in a World of Transforming Ecosystems” – the theme setting the tone for this year's conference
The motto of the 2025 edition defined the framework for discussions on the continuous technological, social, and economic changes shaping the modern world. Participants explored how organisations can create and sustain value amid increasing complexity, uncertainty, and evolving stakeholder expectations.

Among them was Gautam Mahajan—founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Creating Value, President of the Customer Value Foundation, and one of the world’s leading authorities in the field of value management. His speeches and insights were an important point of reference for many participants, underlining the importance of a multidimensional approach to value and the role of stakeholder relationships in achieving long-term organisational success.
The presence of Gautam Mahajan, alongside other global leaders in management and innovation, further enhanced the prestige of the event, making this edition one of the most substantive and inspiring in the conference’s history.
Participation of the WSB-NLU Rector in the panel “Value Creation – Business and Education”
A significant highlight of this year’s edition was the participation of Dr Dariusz Woźniak, Professor at WSB-NLU, Rector of Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University, who was invited to take part in the expert panel “Value Creation – Business and Education” within the session:
