WSB-NLU Technology Zone during Piwniczna Days

On July 25–26, 2026, WSB-NLU once again took part in Piwniczna Days – one of the largest cultural and entertainment events in the region.

Our promotional and educational zone attracted both residents and tourists visiting Piwniczna Zdrój over the course of two days. It was a place for conversations about studies, new technologies and the opportunities offered by modern education. Visitors could not only learn about the WSB-NLU offer, but also personally test the prepared attractions.

The biggest star of our zone turned out to be the robot dog. Its movements, responses to commands and capabilities generated great interest among children and adults. Robot demonstrations quickly became the starting point for conversations about robotics, artificial intelligence and technologies that are increasingly present in our everyday lives.

The VR and AR glasses also provided plenty of excitement. Thanks to them, participants could enter the virtual world for a moment and see how modern solutions can combine education with good fun. The 3D printer attracted no less interest. The opportunity to observe how a three-dimensional model is created step by step attracted many visitors. It was also an opportunity to learn how 3D printing is used in design, education and modern industry.

For fans of classic entertainment, we prepared a retro gaming zone, which made it possible to return to iconic titles and experience the atmosphere of past years.

Throughout the weekend, the WSB-NLU zone was full of energy, conversations and curiosity about new technologies. We are pleased that we could once again be part of Piwniczna Days, meet residents and tourists and discover together that learning can be truly inspiring.
