Reactivation of Studies at WSB-NLU
Reactivation applies to people who have interrupted their studies at WSB-NLU and want to continue them in the current academic year. Reactivation of studies is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the WSB-NLU Study Regulations, the Fee Regulations, and the WSB-NLU Quality Policy.
What do you need to do to resume studies at WSB-NLU?
To reactivate your studies at WSB-NLU, you must submit a written request to resume studies (a paper application with your handwritten signature or in PDF format, signed with a qualified electronic signature or a Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany). The decision on reinstatement is made by the Dean, taking into account the applicant’s academic record to date.

What should be included in an application to reactivate studies?
The application should include, among other things, your full name, student ID number, field of study, mode and year of study, and contact details (phone number and e-mail address). It should also state the reason for removal from the student register and provide justification for the request to resume studies. Reactivation Procedure
Where should you submit the application to reactivate your studies?
The application for reactivation of studies should be submitted in person or sent by registered mail to WSB-NLU in Nowy Sącz, with “Dean’s Office” indicated on the envelope. Applications signed with a qualified electronic signature or a Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) should be sent electronically to: dziekanat@wsb-nlu.edu.pl.
If you have any outstanding financial obligations to WSB-NLU, you should either settle the arrears or, together with your application, submit a request for approval to repay the amount in instalments you propose.
Once the Dean has issued a decision, it will be sent to the email address provided in the reinstatement application.
