The building consists of three sections, each serving a different purpose, but all connected by a glass walkway. No matter the weather, you can move between them with ease. The centerpiece is the atrium—an indoor garden, perfect for relaxation, meeting friends, or taking a break from daily responsibilities.
The other two sections include a residential and recreational area. The comfortable rooms are designed with the diverse needs of students in mind. Each floor offers a shared kitchen, laundry room, and covered terrace, ideal for socializing and unwinding. On the ground floor, there is a student club—a place to meet friends, relax at the bar, or host a party.
Student's House combines learning, living, and entertainment in one modern complex, providing everyday comfort at the highest level. The main entrance, located on the south side, leads to a spacious lobby filled with relaxation areas. Here, you can sit, separated from the hustle and bustle by a water wall, and spend time chatting or studying. The lobby also features an information desk, where you can always find support and assistance. The walkway leads to the academic section, with modern lecture halls, perfectly equipped for effective learning.
When you need a break, you can head to the green rooftop terrace, offering peace and beautiful views of the surroundings.
