To obtain a second student ID, submit a request for a duplicate to CloudA™ in the Applications tab, and then select a template: duplicate, attach a current photo and proof of payment for a duplicate (fee for a duplicate student card in accordance with the WSB Fee Regulations -NLU). An application according to this sample requires the submission of a written version, which must be immediately delivered to the dean's office (in person or by mail).
Starting from October 1, 2025, every student with a PESEL number (both newly admitted and continuing students) can receive mLegitymacja - student ID in the form of a mobile document managed using the service provided in the mObywatel app. It is the basic form of a student ID and constitutes a separate, standalone document, available free of charge. Students will be able to use only mLegitymacja, without the need for an ELS (traditional student ID).
At the beginning of the academic year, all students will receive a message with instructions on how to download mLegitymacja.
