Reading rooms
In the scientific and electronic reading room, the user will find monographs, textbooks, guides, scientific and professional magazines.
In addition, available databases stored on CD-ROMs, DVDs and on-line can be used.
Copies of materials from the library collection may be ordered by submitting a special form (see below). Materials eligible for copying include: dissertations, chapters, articles or excerpts from journals or books. No copies of entire books will be made available. The copies of library materials can be ordered in the following format:
- photocopy
- files of digitalised publications
Ordered copies can be collected in person or shipped (Polish public post service). Other services of the Library include: access to the electronic reference room for outside users, users can purchase books through the Library, library classes can be arranged for pupils in state secondary education, the Library may organise workshops for librarians from other institutions (on requested subjects) or host art exhibitions.
