"For a long time, we had the intention of publishing an item that would be both a book popularising the scientific achievements of psychology and management and providing a space to work with oneself. And this is exactly what it is.
Although the title suggests that it deals mainly with sporting issues, it is only a basis for reflection, psychological, managerial and pedagogical analyses. The themes raised in the text are part of the philosophy of our University. We want our graduates to think this way about themselves, about others, about the world, in which perseverance, consistency and openness to others is particularly important.
It is worth emphasising that this book is not just for students. Anyone who wants to realise their intentions will find something in it for themselves.
