Competition description

In view of the increasing number of addicts and the significant increase in the number of addicts among children and adolescents and the variety of addictions, Sądecki Ośrodek Interwencji Kryzysowej in Nowy Sącz in cooperation with:

  • Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu National-Louis University,
  • Municipal Police Headquarters (Komenda Miejska Policji) in Nowy Sącz,
  • Malopolska Road Traffic Centre (Małopolski Ośrodek Ruchu Drogowego) in Nowy Sącz,
  • District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station (Powiatowa Stacja Sanitarno-Epidemiologiczna) in Nowy Sącz,
  • Monar Association (Stowarzyszenie Monar) in Nowy Sącz,
  • Department of Education of the City of Nowy Sącz, (Wydział Edukacji Urzędu Miasta Nowego Sącza),
  • Department of Health and Social Welfare of the City Hall of Nowy Sącz (Wydziałe Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej Urzędu Miasta Nowego Sącza).

is organising the next edition of the competition on addictions, Be Przezorny 2019, under the motto "Dopalalacze Cię burn". The competition is open to 5th and 6th grade students of primary schools from the Małopolskie Voivodeship. The competition is a team competition (two people within a team). The competition takes place in two stages. Stage I takes place on 08.01.2019 at the home school. The 20 best teams advance to stage II, which takes place in the Galician Town in Nowy Sącz.
The undertaking aims to have a preventive impact by raising knowledge about addiction and raising awareness of the risks involved.Detailed information about the competition can be found in the regulations. Persons interested in taking part in the competition are obliged to fill in the application form and send it to the Nowy Sącz Crisis Intervention Centre (Sądeckie Ośrodek Interwencji Kryzysowej w Nowym Sącz) with the enclosed attachment (statement with parental consent).

Electronic application form: LinkPlease complete the form electronically. Please respond to all points on the form. You should also download an attachment from the website - a statement on personal data processing along with a parent's (legal guardian's) consent to the child's participation in the competition. The completed document should be sent by post to the address of the Sądecki Centre for Crisis Intervention: ul. Śniadeckich 10a and a scan of the documents by e-mail: uzaleznienie@soik.pl by 02.01.2019. We would like to remind you that the condition to participate in the competition is to form a team, consisting of two people (a leader and a second participant).
Those who have not provided the required declarations by the deadline will not be admitted to the competition (filling in the test) despite having completed the application form.
