Signing of an umbrella agreement between WSB-NLU and the holding company I'M Brand Institute

Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University, based in Nowy Sącz, has signed a patronage agreement with the I’M Brand Institute, a leader in the field of end-to-end Industry 4.0, brand management, digitisation, automation and robotisation. The I'M Brand Institute has patronised the MBA programme 'Marketing Management in the Digital Age', offered by the university, representing a groundbreaking partnership in marketing management education and innovation.


The holding company's managing entity is I'M Brand Institute sp. z o.o. (parent of the holding company). The other six (daughter) entities:
1) I’M Brand Design sp. z o.o.,
2) I’M Digital Promotion sp. z o.o.,
3) I’M Code Technology sp. z o.o.,
4) I’M Brand Leasing sp. z o.o.,
5) I’M Accountant sp. z o.o.,
6) I’M Global Investments LTD.


The services provided by the I'M Brand Institute in the end-to-end service chain of Industry 4.0 are, in particular:
- commercialisation and brand management,
- digitisation of products and services,
- leasing, licensing and brand tokenisation services.


The holding company provides branding services, 360 digital campaigns and develops web and mobile applications.
The greatest strengths of the I'M Brand Institute are:
1)   innovative and strategic investment tools to obtain more assets in the company. The I'M Brand Institute guarantees measurable financial benefits to its clients through brand leasing and brand amortisation. The Institute shows how to build a company's capital based on an asset such as a trademark. It is the only Brand Institute in Poland that performs brand depreciation and leasing, offering its clients measurable business effects, especially financial ones. Confirmation of the quality of the I'M Brand Institute's services is the ISO-9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate awarded by the internationally respected ISOQAR accredited certification body. The certificate covers trademark leasing and amortisation activities, as well as business consultancy in the field of brand and image management for organisations,
2)   a team of the best professionals in the market, dealing with branding services, digital 360 campaigns and IT solutions, creating a synergy of actions to deliver the highest quality products and services as a result. The synergy of the team's activities develops the brand image strategy, from the development of the branding strategy, to the brand promotion strategy (digital marketing), to the implementation strategy of the specific IT solution,
3)    the tokenisation of the brand in the virtualisation of the company, which touches on areas such as:

 

  • building and branding in the metaverse,
  • promoting and adding value to the brand in the virtual world (metaverse),
  • conducting branding activities in the metaverse,
  • brand valuations in the virtual world (metaverse) and in the real world,
  • transferring graphical, graphic and text characters into NFT tokens,
  • registration of virtual reality business entities with the possibility of conducting business activities in both the virtual and real worlds;
  • registration of bank accounts for both registered companies and individuals in virtual currency with the possibility of exchange into fiat money in the main world currencies,
  • obtaining resident status for owners of all registered entities,
  • support for financial, tax and accounting services.


The I'M Brand Institute has within its structures the I'M Brand Leasing company. It is a company specialising in financing brand acquisitions by means of financial leasing. It has its own financing facilities and offers brand leaseback services, which has a positive effect on the liquidity of the lessee.


This company proposes a wide range of offerings, including the flexibility of the (initial) deposit, monthly (instalment) payments and brand redemption. I'M Acoountant has also been specialised as an accounting entity to support the client in brand leasing operations and brand amortisation. 


The I'M Brand Institute also has an international investment fund working with investors from Europe, Asia and North and South America called I'M Global Investments LTD. The office of the I'M investment fund is located in London. The fund's primary objective is to operate globally, allowing it to effectively invest in and strengthen the brand images of clients and the Brand Institute's own brands in the global marketplace and to provide legal and accounting support in various tax jurisdictions around the world.

The contract was concluded on 12th July 2022.
