The purpose of student practice:
practical preparation for the profession, including the ability to use the acquired knowledge in professional activities,
formation of skills necessary for future professional activity, incl. skills: analytical, organizational,
teamwork, establishing contacts, negotiating, as well as preparing the student for independence and responsibility for the tasks assigned to him,
familiarization of students with the specifics of the professional environment, the principles of the activities of economic and social entities, government bodies, local self-government and other organizational units in economic and social life, deepening knowledge about certain sectors of the economy,
Familiarity with the technique of maintaining documentation at individual workplaces,
study of the principles of labor organization, organizational structures, division of competencies,
gaining experience, knowledge about the labor market and skills required for work, as well as self-assessment of the skills of Students/Participants in order to increase the ability to compete effectively in the labor market,
creation of conditions for the professional activation of students in the labor market.
An additional purpose of the internship may be to collect materials and data useful for the implementation of the assumptions of the research work, including a bachelor's / engineering or master's thesis.
