In the case of a standard enrollment for studies at the first stage the following documents are required:
a printed and signed recruitment form that can be downloaded from the recruitment portal;
high school diploma received abroad with an apostille and translation into Polish or English;
one color photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm;
confirmation of payment of the admition fee.
In case of recruitment for the second cycle studing, please attach the following documents:
a printed and signed admission form, which can be downloaded from the registration portal;
first degree diploma with an apostille and translation into Polish or English;;
confirmation of payment of the admission fee;
one color photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm;
If you want to study for postgraduate education, you need to attach the following documents:
application form signed;
confirmation of registration payment;
one color photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm;
diploma graduation of the first or second degree.
